Tool 18 – Conducting Due Diligence and Selecting/Contracting a Private Security Provider
In many economies, the security market can be flooded with private security guard force companies, and some are better than others.
In order you select the appropriate security provider:
- It is crucial your company conducts thorough due diligence assessments of potential private security partners.
- Adhering to the VPs should be a key consideration and should be explained to all potential providers.
