In order you select the appropriate security provider:

  • It is crucial your company conducts thorough due diligence assessments of potential private security partners.
  • Adhering to the VPs should be a key consideration and should be explained to all potential providers.
  • The VPs should be written into the official contract and service level agreements (SLAs) (p96).
